For more than a century they have been hidden away in a Royal wardrobe, a reminder of the rift in the House of Windsor caused by the First World War.
Now the Queen is facing calls to display the German uniforms worn by her grandfather, George V, to mark the 100th anniversary of the outbreak of war.
The close familial links between the British and German monarchs in 1914 – George V and Kaiser Wilhelm II were both grandchildren of Queen Victoria – meant that George held the honorary ranks as a German Field Marshal and as a colonel of German regiments.

There are so many dark secrets hidden in that family and yes that could be a reason also the surrogacy but far too late for the latter now.

Definitely and what they sell to the public is not the truth. According to Greg Hallett Prince Eddie's death was faked and his younger brother who became King George V, he was placed on the throne from 1910 to 1936. But King George V was illegitimate. King George V was the son of the Princess of Wales, Princess Alexandra, and the man who became Tsar Alexander III. The plot thickens, eh! Rolling Eyes

To me there is a dark stain forever on them as they did not help as they should of had, the Tsar of Russia and the Tsar and all his family were horribly murdered.
