This is interesting, it could be that if charged could enforce diplomatic immunity. Makes no difference, it shows his guilt whatever way you look at it.

DOES ANDREW HAVE LEGAL IMMUNITY BECAUSE HE'S A ROYAL?
It is not known whether Prince Andrew is covered by legal immunity simply by being a royal because this has never been tested in international law.
However, the prince may be entitled to diplomatic immunity against questioning in any criminal inquiry because some of the allegations relate to when he was a Whitehall-sanctioned business envoy. Diplomatic immunity protects foreign diplomats from legal action in the country where they work.
Extradition lawyer Karen Todner said the prince could be formally asked to give evidence ‘only in criminal proceedings’. If he refused to co-operate, he could in theory be banned from entering America.

Whatever it will finish him off and yes looking at the TV right now he looks isolated and has lost a lot of weight. There are so many out to 'get' him and even on Sky news the Royal Reporter said 'if he thinks it will draw a line under things it is a vein hope !

Just read this on today´s DM - seems like the US courts are not giving up the fight. Incredible to think the paedo pandy and BP seemed to think that a few inane words from the vile critter would draw a line under the situation and make it go away - seems to have done the reverse in fact and has infuriated many who know the truth. The description of him at Tramp night club dancing with Victoria is even worse ie dripping in sweat and pelvic pumping/grinding to such an extent that she was horrified to be dancing with him. It is interesting that in the article she talks about being forced to have sex with FBI agents because the DM ran a story the other day about the mysterious death of screen writer Gary Devore. He died 20 years ago as he was delivering a film script he had written about FBI agents going to sex parties in Panama. The script was never found.
