The Duke of Cambridge and Prince Harry will mark a Royal first when they take part in an online question and answer session to launch a new award for young people.
The Princes will take part in a Google Hangout, appearing live via webcam from Buckingham Palace and chatting to five young leaders in Commonwealth countries around the world.

I would not be surprised. IMO...William the Angry has always been jealous of his brother.
Think about it the public finds Harry so charismatic and says so.
The public compares Harry's charisma to Diana's. Not to William.

People always blame his mother's death on his revolting personality but he has always been mean even while Diana was alive.He ones kicked a horseman put a classmates head in the toilet threaten classmates use to argue with his mother he even laughed while Guy Pelly made fun of his grandma the one that got mad was Harry.

Only someone as desperate as Kate and her mother could put up and turn a blind eye to his crass behaviour.
