Wow!! Now that is extremely rude. I've always been a fan of Philly (tend to take his 'jokes' as a bit of banter to put people at ease) but how did he know this lady was legitimate just because she works for a family planning clinic?

The strange thing is people like him can exude a certain charisma, true psychopaths may be charismatic, charming, and adept at manipulating one-on-one interactions and at the same time be arrogant and proud beyond belief, unfortunately, certain of these psychopathic qualities – in particular charm, charisma, grandiosity (which can be mistaken for vision or confidence) can deceive us poor peasants into a false sense of trust.
