Supposedly they are, but it's doubtful she drove the eight hours to Bicester from Balmoral, versus one hour from Manson Manor. On top of that, she had the clothing sent to KP, which is also strange as they are supposed to be spending the month at Balmoral and then in September Amner is should be done, so why send new clothes to the home you're not going to be living in (though decided it was necessary to spend millions of public funds on).

Someone on another forum suggested that the shopping trip was as much about being seen out shipping so we would all know that she had not allowed herself to be coerced into going to Balmoral - how strong she is to stand up to ER and all that c..p - wouldn't put anything past that tart but not sure about that idea.
