Great comments Rozel and I had to laugh at your perfect spot on descriptions. Only one I would disagree with is the 'ferocious drive' as ma has that in spades and it is really well illustrated in the way she and the family stalked Willy then reeled him in whilst play acting the 'happy family' scenario that he craved. Her 'ferocious drive' to be someone she is not and elevate herself in to the upper classes has failed spectacularly despite her best efforts!

Well, if she has that "ferocious drive", as you say it has failed her spectacularly. To be successful, you have to start from a good foundation, and she went off half-cocked, her goal was that miserable wedding, and miserable it was. Unfortunately, that was only the beginning of the next phase, which they had not plotted or planned for, they thought they could get the rings on waity´s scrawny finger and all would be well, everything would fall into their lap. Major failing on their part.

Still think that they had two babies on the go, heir and spare! Just in case of mishaps they would need a back up, so they could be sure to carry the deception off. After all Waity can't crow about being pregnant and then not produce a baby, could she?   

A very big possibility and would agree, an heir and a spare - ma plus one. Maybe the other one miscarried or something along the way. having announced to the world she was "pregnant" as you rightly say a baby had to be produced from somewhere.

Good thinking and yes a possibility. Those last two weeks were shrouded in mystery as to where and when whoever was going to be born. They really lead those poor reporters up the garden path making them wait for two weeks in a heatwave outside the Lindo wing because of their deception and lies.

Yes, two whole weeks in that heatwave. Bet the reporters have not forgotten it though. Wondering if there was a spare, and if so what happened to him/her. Maybe the surrogate decided to keep it, and got a good financial reward, or maybe she did not know who the baby was meant for. Still makes me wonder about Jacintha, and what her part was in all this, because as sure as God made little green apples she was involved/knew too much.

Agree re the donors, but the Indian ancestry has to be their because of those very deep brown eyes of his, they have to come from somewhere. Agree Admin, Jacintha definitely knew something, and she had to be silenced. I will never believe that poor woman committed suicide. Too much physical evidence against it to start with. And like others if she had tried to commit suicide before it would be on her medical records and St. Mary´s Hospital would never have employed her. Such a high profile hospital, they could not take the risk. Another victim of the lazy couple. How many more are to come in their wake.

@GB - Wasn't waity in King Edward VII Hospital for her, ahem, acute HG sickness ? I would think as that hosital is where the RF usually go the staff there are screened even more thoroughly

@Iamroyal , that is correct, GB was probably thinking of the scene of the, ahem, "delivery". And of course the King Edward VII would most definitely screen their staff well, as you rightly say it is where all the royals go. Makes it even more suspicious doesn´t it.
